THERAPIST

  • Accepting in-person and telehealth clients

  • Cash pay, Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield

I have worked with a variety of populations and communities, supporting others in exploring and achieving life goals. I hold a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration through the University of Phoenix and have about a decade of experience in the mental health field. I have found a purpose and passion in supporting youth and adults in gaining the knowledge and skills to approach life holistically. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma and the LGBTQIA community. I am exploring further specialization in Perinatal Mental Health.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, MI, and DBT to guide you towards self-awareness and healing. Together, we'll develop positive coping skills and effective communication techniques to empower you to advocate for your needs. As a provider who is able to write WPATH letters for medical transition, I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards a fulfilling life. Let's work together to explore and achieve your goals.
